Place the vanilla ice cream in a blender. Pour in the brandy and dark crème de cacao.

Blend until smooth and creamy. If you like a thicker texture, avoid over-blending.

Pour into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Sprinkle a pinch of ground nutmeg on top and serve immediately.
