In a cocktail shaker, add the torn mint leaves, tequila, freshly squeezed lemon and lime juices, and the cooled honey simple syrup.

Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds.

Fill a rock glass with about 1/2 cup crushed ice. Strain the cocktail mixture over the ice. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a sprig of mint before serving.
