In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the vodka, orange liqueur, gin, white rum, blue curaçao, raspberry liqueur, and sweet and sour mix. Shake well.

Strain into a chilled highball glass filled with ice.

Slowly drizzle a little extra raspberry liqueur over the top to create a layered effect. Garnish with a lemon wedge and maraschino cherry.
