Bring 1/2 cup of water to a simmer on the stove.

In a pre-warmed mug, add brandy, honey and lemon juice. Stir gently to blend.

Slowly top with the hot water and stir well until the honey fully dissolves. Garnish with a lemon slice and a cinnamon stick, then serve immediately.
