Dip the rim of your martini glass in a little maple syrup, then roll the rim in the graham cracker crumbs until evenly coated.

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the vodka, Irish cream, cream, pumpkin purée, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract.
