Virgin Bloody Mary

Run a lemon wedge around the rim of your glass. Dip the moistened rim into a small plate of coarse salt and fill with ice.

In a large mixing glass, combine the tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, lemon juice, dill pickle juice, salt, and pepper.

Stir well and taste to adjust the dill pickle juice or hot sauce if needed.

Strain over the ice in your prepared glass and garnish with a celery rib and lemon slice.
