Mix celery salt with smoked paprika on a shallow plate. Rub one lime wedge around the rim of a tall glass, then dip the rim into the seasoning to coat it evenly.

In a cocktail shaker or a large cup, combine the tomato juice, tequila and the other Ingredients. Stir well and taste to adjust seasonings if needed.

Strain into the prepared glass. Garnish with the remaining lemon and lime wedges if desired.
