Strawberry Mimosa

Place the fresh strawberries and 1 cup of the orange juice in a blender. Blend until smooth. Fine strain into a large cup.

Pour the remaining 1 cup of orange juice between each champagne flute. Each glass should be around a quarter full.

Top each slowly with the strawberry mixture, then carefully add chilled champagne or sparkling wine until the glass is full.
