Pour in the vanilla vodka, cinnamon whiskey, apple cider, and apple pie spice. If you are using cream, add it now.

Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass (without ice) or a rocks glass (with fresh ice).

Garnish with an apple slice and a cinnamon stick.
