In a mixing bowl, whisk the orange Jell-O powder into the 1 cup of boiling water until completely dissolved.

Stir in the cold water and vodka. Whisk in the sweetened condensed milk. It will turn cloudy.

Gently stir once to combine the ingredients. Garnish with a fresh lychee and a lime slice.
