Instructions
In a cocktail shaker, add the blackberries, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Gently muddle to release the juices.
Pour in the gin and fill the shaker with ice. Shake until well chilled.
Fill a highball or collins glass with fresh ice. Strain the cocktail into the glass, then top with club soda.
Stir gently and garnish with a lemon slice and a few blackberries.
