Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • 1 1/2 ounces brandy
  • 1 ounce dark crème de cacao
  • Ground nutmeg for garnish

Instructions

  • Place the vanilla ice cream in a blender. Pour in the brandy and dark crème de cacao.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. If you like a thicker texture, avoid over-blending.
  • Pour into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Sprinkle a pinch of ground nutmeg on top and serve immediately.
