Ingredients

  • 1 cup chilled pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 cup vodka
  • 1/4 cup Grand Marnier
  • 1 bottle chilled champagne or sparkling wine
  • 2 cups chilled ginger ale or club soda
  • 1/2 large orange thinly sliced
  • 1/2 large lemon thinly sliced
  • 1/2 pint fresh raspberries

Instructions

  • In a pitcher or a punch bowl, stir together the chilled pomegranate juice, vodka, and Grand Marnier.
  • Slowly pour in the chilled champagne and the ginger ale (or club soda). Stir gently.
  • Add the sliced orange, sliced lemon, and fresh raspberries to the punch bowl. Serve it as is, or over large ice cubes.
