Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup coarse sea salt for the rim
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder for the rim
  • 4 to 6 cucumber slices plus more for garnish
  • 2 ounces silver tequila
  • 1/2 ounce orange liqueur
  • Juice from 1/2 lime
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 to 2 jalapeño slices

Instructions

  • Combine the sea salt and chili powder on a shallow plate to make the chili salt.
  • Moisten the rim of your glass with a lime wedge and press it into the chili salt to coat it. Fill with ice.
  • In a cocktail shaker, add the cucumber slices, tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice, and honey.
  • Muddle the ingredients together to release the flavors.
  • Add the jalapeño slices to the shaker, fill with ice and shake well.
  • Strain the mixture into your prepared glass. Garnish with a cucumber or jalapeño slice and enjoy immediately.
