Instructions
Muddle mint leaves, sugar, and lime juice in a large pitcher to release flavors. Add the lime wedges and press them to release their juices.
Pour in the rum. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved. Chill the mixture in the fridge for at least 20 minutes.
Before serving, top with chilled club soda and add in a handful of ice cubes. Stir.
Pour into collins or highball glasses filled with ice cubes, garnishing each with an extra sprig of mint and a lime wedge.
