Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces blanco tequila
  • 3 cucumber slices
  • 2 jalapeño slices
  • 1/2 ounce agave syrup
  • 1 ounce lime juice freshly squeezed
  • Chili salt for rim optional
  • Cucumber slice for garnish

Instructions

  • Place the tequila, cucumber slices, and jalapeño wheels in a cocktail shaker. Muddle for about 10 seconds until well broken down.
  • Add the agave syrup and lime juice. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until the drink is chilled.
  • Optionally rim a rocks glass with chili salt. Double strain the mixture into the glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a cucumber slice before serving.
