Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces light rum
  • 1/2 ounce gin
  • 1/2 ounce brandy
  • 2 ounces orange juice
  • 1 ounce lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce orgeat syrup
  • Crushed ice
  • 1/2 ounce sherry
  • Mint sprig for garnish

Instructions

  • Add the rum, gin, brandy, orange juice, lemon juice, and orgeat syrup into a shaker filled with ice cubes.
  • Shake well until the mixture is chilled.
  • Strain the cocktail into a collins glass filled with crushed ice.
  • Gently float the sherry on top of the drink.
  • Garnish with a mint sprig.
