Slice a hulled strawberry in half and cut a small "V" notch at the top to exaggerate the heart shape. Add a small slit at the bottom tip to slide the berry onto the rim of the glass.
Pour the red sanding sugar onto a small plate. Run a lime wedge around the rim of your champagne flute, then dip the rim into the sugar until coated.
Pour the chilled orange juice and blue curaçao into the flute. Stir with a barspoon to turn the mixture a bright green.
Tilt the glass slightly and slowly top with the sparkling wine.
Slide your strawberry heart onto the rim to finish the look.
