Ingredients

  • 1 bottle dry red wine 750 ml
  • 1/2 cup brandy
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup
  • 1 orange sliced
  • 1 apple chopped
  • 1/2 cup cranberries
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 cup sparkling water

Instructions

  • In a large pitcher, combine the red wine, brandy, orange juice, simple syrup, sliced orange, chopped apple, cranberries, and cinnamon sticks.
  • Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Just before serving, stir in the sparkling water. Serve the sangria over ice in glasses. Optionally, garnish with additional orange slices or cinnamon sticks.
