Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 ounce elderflower liqueur
  • 4 ounces prosecco chilled
  • 1 ounce soda water chilled

Instructions

  • Place the mint leaves in the palm of your hand and clap to gently bruise them. This releases the oils and enhances the flavor.
  • Add the bruised mint leaves and some ice cubes to a large wine glass.
