Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces dark rum
  • 3/4 ounce Campari
  • 2 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce Demerara simple syrup
  • Pineapple wedge for garnish

Instructions

  • Add dark rum, Campari, pineapple juice, lime juice, and Demerara simple syrup to a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice.
  • Shake well and strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Garnish with a pineapple wedge and serve immediately.
