Ingredients

  • 1 Thai chili pepper
  • 1/2 ounce Grand Marnier
  • 2 ounces light rum
  • 3/4 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce pineapple juice
  • 1/2 ounce Thai coconut milk

Instructions

  • Gently muddle the Thai chili pepper with Grand Marnier in a mixing glass to release its flavors.

  • Add the rum, lime juice, pineapple juice, coconut milk and some ice, then shake well.
  • Use a fine strainer to transfer the mixture into a rock glass or a Tiki mug filled with new ice.

  • Finish off with a pineapple leaf and a Thai chili pepper for garnish.
