Thai chili pepper

light rum

freshly squeezed lime juice

pineapple juice

Thai coconut milk
Instructions
Gently muddle the Thai chili pepper with Grand Marnier in a mixing glass to release its flavors.
Add the rum, lime juice, pineapple juice, coconut milk and some ice, then shake well.
Use a fine strainer to transfer the mixture into a rock glass or a Tiki mug filled with new ice.
Finish off with a pineapple leaf and a Thai chili pepper for garnish.
