Ingredients

  • 3 scoops lemon sorbet
  • 3/4 ounce chilled vodka
  • 1 1/2 ounces chilled prosecco divided
  • 1 lemon wedge for garnish
  • A few fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  • Scoop the lemon sorbet into a small bowl. Add the chilled vodka and half of the chilled prosecco.
  • Whisk together until smooth and frothy.
  • Pour the mixture into a chilled flute or coupe glass. Top with the remaining prosecco and garnish with the lemon wedge and a few mint leaves. Serve with a straw.
