Instructions
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the gin, sweetened condensed milk, and coconut water.
Shake the mixture well for about 10 seconds.
Strain the drink into a highball glass filled with crushed ice. Sprinkle a pinch of freshly grated nutmeg on top and serve immediately.
