Ingredients

  • 1 pint coconut sorbet
  • 1 pint vanilla bean ice cream or gelato
  • 6 ounces Captain Morgan spiced rum plus more as needed
  • Whipped cream for garnish
  • Nutmeg for garnish

Instructions

  • In a blender, add the pint of coconut sorbet, the pint of ice cream and 6 ounces of Captain Morgan.
  • Blend ingredients into a dense milkshake just thin enough to drink through a straw. Add a splash more rum to thin it out if you need to.
  • Pour into milkshake glasses and top with whipped cream and freshly grated nutmeg. Serve immediately with a straw.
