1 1/2ouncesfresh lime juiceapproximately 2 limes
2ouncesblanco tequila
1/2ouncetriple secCointreau recommended
A dash of Angostura bitters
1cilantro sprig
1lime slicefor garnish
Instructions
Get your glass ready by wetting the rim with a lime wedge and pressing it onto a plate with chili-lime seasoning.
Add the serrano pepper slices in a cocktail shaker and muddle them to release the flavor.
Pour your lime juice, blanco tequila, triple sec, and a dash of Angostura bitters into the shaker. Add the cilantro sprig, fill it up with ice, and shake well.
Fill your glass with fresh ice, then strain the margarita mix into it.
