Lime wheel, maraschino cherry, and a cocktail umbrella for garnish
Instructions
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes and add the Midori, white rum, and pineapple juice. Shake well for about 10–15 seconds until the mixture is well chilled.
Strain into a highball or hurricane glass filled with fresh ice. Slowly pour the blue curaçao over the back of a spoon into the glass. The heavier liqueur will sink to the bottom, creating a teal-to-blue gradient.
Garnish with a lime wheel, a maraschino cherry and a cocktail umbrella.
