Ingredients

  • 2 ounces coconut rum
  • 1 ounce blue curaçao
  • 5 ounces pineapple juice chilled
  • Pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry to garnish

Instructions

  • Fill a hurricane glass with ice. Add the coconut rum and blue curaçao over the ice.
  • Slowly pour the pineapple juice over the back of a spoon to create a layered look. The middle section will turn green, leaving a yellow layer at the top.
  • Add a pineapple wedge and cherry on the rim. Serve with a straw.
