Ingredients

  • 1/4 ounce​ absinthe for rinsing the glass
  • 2 ounces rye whiskey
  • 1 ounce sweet vermouth
  • 3 dashes aromatic bitters
  • Lemon twist for garnish, optional

Instructions

  • Pour a small amount of absinthe into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass. Swirl it around to coat the inside, then discard any excess.
