In a large pitcher, combine the white wine and orange liqueur.
Add the sliced orange, lemon, lime, peach, and strawberries to the pitcher.
Stir gently to mix the fruits with the wine and liqueur.
Cover and refrigerate the sangria for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
Just before serving, stir in the chilled club soda or sparkling water for a refreshing fizz.
Serve the sangria over ice, making sure to include some of the fruit slices in each glass.
