Ingredients

cranberry juice
chilled

ounces
chilled sparkling wine
such as champagne, prosecco, or cava
Fresh cranberries and a sprig of rosemary
for garnish
Instructions
Pour the chilled cranberry juice into a chilled champagne flute.
Slowly top with the chilled sparkling wine, pouring it gently down the side of a tilted glass.
If desired, drop a few fresh cranberries into the glass and garnish with a rosemary sprig.
