Ingredients

  • 1 heaping barspoon jam strawberry, raspberry, or your favorite flavor
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup optional, for a sweeter drink
  • Lemon twist or a berry matching your jam for garnish

Instructions

  • Add the gin, fresh lemon juice, your spoonful of jam, and simple syrup (if using) to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  • Shake well and strain through a fine-mesh strainer into a chilled coupe.
  • Garnish with a lemon twist. You can also use a berry that matches your jam.
