- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup water
Add the honey and water into a small saucepan.
Place the saucepan over medium heat. Stir continuously until the honey completely dissolves into the water. It should take about 2 minutes.
Remove the saucepan from the heat. Let the syrup cool to room temperature, then transfer it into a clean, airtight container. Store in the refrigerator for up to one month.
