Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces Licor 43 chilled
  • 1/2 ounce heavy cream

Instructions

  • Chill the Licor 43 in the refrigerator or stir it with ice in a mixing glass.
  • Pour the chilled Licor 43 into a shot glass up to about three-quarters full.
  • Gently pour the heavy cream over the back of a spoon to layer it on top of the Licor 43, forming a 'foam head' that looks like beer.
