Ingredients

  • 1 ounce peach nectar or juice chilled
  • 1 ounce orange juice chilled
  • 4 ounces chilled dry sparkling wine champagne, prosecco, or cava
  • Fresh peach slice or raspberry for garnish

Instructions

  • Pour the peach nectar and orange juice into the bottom of a champagne flute and give the glass a quick swirl to mix them.
  • Tilt the glass slightly and slowly pour the sparkling wine in to fill the glass.
  • Garnish with a peach slice on the rim or drop a raspberry inside.
