peach nectar or juice
chilled

ounce
orange juice
chilled

ounces
chilled dry sparkling wine
champagne, prosecco, or cava
Fresh peach slice or raspberry
for garnish
Instructions
Pour the peach nectar and orange juice into the bottom of a champagne flute and give the glass a quick swirl to mix them.
Tilt the glass slightly and slowly pour the sparkling wine in to fill the glass.
Garnish with a peach slice on the rim or drop a raspberry inside.
