Ingredients

  • 3 ounces Jell-O powder any flavor
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 3/4 cup vodka, white rum, or tequila
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 10 food-safe syringes

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, empty the Jell-O powder and carefully pour the boiling water on top. Whisk until gelatin granules are completely dissolved.
  • Top with your chosen alcohol and cold water. Stir well to combine.
  • Pour the Jell-O mixture from the bowl into a tall glass (this makes it much easier to suck the liquid into the syringes). Place the tip of a syringe just under the surface of the liquid and slowly pull the plunger back to suck the mixture. Leave a small amount of space at the top.
  • As you fill each syringe, immediately place it into a tall glass with the open tip pointing straight up. Repeat for the other syringes.
  • Once all your syringes are filled and standing vertically in tall glasses, carefully move the glasses to a fridge and chill for at least 3 hours until the Jell-O sets.
  • Keep the syringes cold until serving. To take the shot, point the tip into your mouth and push the plunger!
