Gavin has been writing and editing for numerous online publications for over 20 years. He made the switch from entertainment and celebrity news to food and travel in 2012 and has never looked back, preferring to write about beef over Bieber, and spend his days in restaurants rather than movie theatres. He has worked as a bartender, cook, and server for many establishments, with each position expanding his understanding of world cuisine.
